There was never a question of where I wanted to celebrate our marriage - I had always dreamed of a garden wedding at my parents' home. Inspired by my mom's lovingly tended rose-filled garden, our English garden wedding was filled with hearts and roses, pink and green, and as we said on the hand-made invitations "come celebrate, and love, dance and sing". Months of wedding preparation went into even the tiniest detail from my groom's "just married" beaded shirt, to the guests takeaway cotton cushions and the collection of vintage flower containers. Our perfect summer's day wedding stretch into a gorgeous night surrounded by those we love the most - I had the wedding of my dreams.
